4. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products (including guides, templates, checklists, and courses) are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing these products is strictly prohibited. All digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.

5. Payments & Refunds

For design services, payments are made in phases as outlined in your contract. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your place on the Studio Yablonska project calendar. For physical or digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access as needed for the delivery of services. Delays in communication or decisions may impact project timelines and may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

7. Modifications & Revisions

While Studio Yablonska strives for excellence, the design process is collaborative. Revisions are outlined per project scope. Any changes outside of the original agreement may require a formal scope revision and additional fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Studio Yablonska is not liable for damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services, delays due to third-party vendors, or design outcomes affected by conditions beyond our control. All advice and resources are offered in good faith and are to be used at your own discretion.
